Instructions for Poster Presentations

All presenters are required to register and collect name badge at the registration counter.
The following guidelines are for the effectiveness of poster presentation:

Set-up poster:     7.30 – 8.00 hr.    (October 2, 2025)
Poster walk:        18.00 – 20.00 hr.    (October 2, 2025)
Remove poster:  20.00 – 20.15 hr.    (October 2, 2025)

Please read the following instructions carefully.

Set Up & Remove:

• Poster area is Phayathai foyer (in front of Grand Ballroom).
• Please set and remove your poster during the period mentioned above.
• For security reasons, you have to present the conference badge to enter the poster area.
• All posters must be removed by the time indicated above and may not be left in the poster area. All unclaimed posters will be discarded after 20.15 hr.
• Pin, stapler, nails or any other sharp materials which might destroy the poster board are not allowed to use for affixing the poster. Two-sided tape is the most recommended materials for presenting the poster. The presenters must prepared two-sided tape by themselves.

Poster Size:

• The poster size must be 80 x 120 cm (width x height).
• On the poster board, a poster number will be placed in the upper right corner (do not remove them).

Poster Guideline:

1. AKI CRRT doesn’t provide poster template. We suggest that the abstract title, author names and the institutions in large letters should be placed at the top of the poster. Detail in the poster including tables and drawings for figures should be large enough to be seen at a distance of 1 meter. Illustrations should be used to convey important points. Make short statements and avoid long explanatory sentences.
2. Please note that industry or commercial advertising is not allowed on poster presentations.
3. AKI CRRT cannot accept liability for lost, stolen, or damaged posters.
4. The presenters are requested to stand by at your own poster during the poster period.
