Cancellation policy:
Participants who are unable to attend the congress are requested to email to notify the secretariat office. For the notification on or before 31 August, 2025, (GMT+7); 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. The refunds requested after this date will not be possible. All refunds will be made one month after the congress.
